NBWA Linking & Use of Logo Policy Statement

The following information is intended to clarify questions regarding links to (inbound) and from (outbound) the National Beer Wholesalers Association’s (NBWA) Web site. For further information or to report difficulties with this site, contact info@nbwa.org.

OUTBOUND LINKING POLICY STATEMENT

Links on NBWA’s Web site, including hyperlinks, buttons or referral devices of any kind, are offered purely as a service to our visitors; we take no responsibility for the pages referred to, and no endorsement, recommendation or certification of their contents or providers is implied by their inclusion. Furthermore, the presence of a link should not be construed in any way as a suggestion that the site has an affiliation with NBWA.

Each link made from NBWA’s Web site will be reviewed for inappropriate material prior to its initial posting. “Inappropriate material” includes, but is not limited to, any words, items or graphics of an offensive, lewd or suggestive nature. Inappropriate material includes any activity or content that is in violation of federal, state or local alcohol regulations. Inappropriate material also includes any material, link, etc. that harms or damages or impugns the image, name, reputation or goodwill of NBWA or its members. NBWA will spot check linked Web sites after it is determined that they meet the initial requirements to ensure that our copyrighted image(s) are being properly used. We encourage visitors to comment on the NBWA Web site and contact us if inappropriate material is discovered on a linked Web site.

Web sites linked to or from www.nbwa.org are independently owned and maintained. NBWA does not monitor such sites to assure their accuracy or their compliance with privacy laws or other legal requirements. A link from www.nbwa.org to an outside Web site in no way implies an endorsement by NBWA of its content. By leaving www.nbwa.org and following any link from the NBWA site to an outside Web site, you agree that NBWA is and shall be released from any claim or liability of any kind whatsoever that might arise from your use or viewing of the outside Web site.
