The newly retitled Building Relationships and Empowering Women + Workforce (BREW) initiative enters into the next chapter of expanding its focus to ensure more distributor employees — across a wide range of roles and experience levels — have access to the training, tools and connections needed to grow their careers and strengthen their companies.
Since its launch in 2021, BREW has built an engaged community dedicated to advancing women in beer distribution, connecting more than 2,000 employees through professional development, events and industry resources.
Building on that momentum, BREW continues to serve as a powerful voice for women in beer and beverage distribution while welcoming all distributor professionals seeking to grow in their careers and advance the industry.
