What is Legislative Conference? The beer distribution industry’s opportunity to cut through the noise and bring your key issues directly to Capitol Hill through meetings with legislators and their staff on both sides of the aisle.

Why should I attend? As you likely know, without Congressional action several small business tax provisions that support Main Street, pass-through businesses like yours will expire next year. Your engagement will be critical as we educate a new group of legislators about our industry leading up to this tax fight. Don’t sit on the sidelines — make your voice heard!

Cancellation and Refund Policy: NBWA must receive written notice of cancellations by email no later than March 17, 2025, to issue a 100% refund. From March 18 – March 30, 2025, a $100 per person administrative fee will be assessed for all cancellation notices received in writing. After March 30th, no refunds will be issued. Please email gmoery@nbwa.org for cancellation requests and include your order number in the subject line.

The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is the official hotel for NBWA’s 2025 Legislative Conference.

Hotel Rate: $320+ tax per night single/double occupancy

The last day to receive the discounted room rate is March 11. The NBWA guest room block can sell out prior to that date. Once the block sold, room rates cannot be guaranteed.
