Total DTC wine volume dropped by 10% in 2022; value fell 1.6%

According to a new report on the DTC market, direct-to-consumer wine shipments in the United States fell by more than 10% by volume in 2022. Overall, DTC wine shipments declined by 1.6% in value in 2022. The annual report by Sovos ShipCompliant and Wines Vines Analytics is based on Sovos’s data which includes 45 million transactions to more than 4 million consumers over a period of one year.
