Generation Z’s changing beer preferences signal a shift to diverse tastes, sparking innovation in emerging sectors such as NA, low-ABV and local flavors. Two-thirds predict NA beer will continue growing in popularity (no other cohort was above 50%) while more than half ranked session-ready lagers and wheat beers as their favorite styles.
