Eagle Distributing of Fremont, Nebraska developed its own Entry Level Driver Training program to address the shortage of CDL-licensed drivers for its delivery routes. The success of this initiative led the company to expand, creating Talon Logistics to offer training to individuals and business in the area in need of CDLs.
