Beer Distributors Fight Back Against Human Trafficking
Today, on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, NBWA recognizes the work America’s beer distributors are doing to raise awareness of this heinous crime and train their employees to identify suspicious activity.
Serving over 600,000 retail establishments every day, beer distributors are uniquely positioned to see signs of human trafficking in publicly inaccessible areas. The Distributors Against Human Trafficking initiative provides NBWA members with resources that help your employees join the fight against human trafficking and make a difference in your communities.
Over 270 distributors have joined the fight since the initiative launched. Learn about getting involved below, including our new Can You See Me? campaign.
