In the case of S&H Independent Premium Brands East, LLC, et al. v. Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission, et al., the Massachusetts Supreme Court affirmed the ABCC’s legal authority “to protect the Commonwealth’s licensed wholesalers from the sudden termination of their supply of alcoholic beverages by suppliers.”
