The Supreme Court has been asked to review the decisions of two circuit court cases involving state alcohol laws:

1. Seventh Circuit: Upheld Indiana law against Illinois alcohol retailer’s efforts to ship to Indiana consumers
2. Ninth Circuit: Upheld Arizona’s laws requiring alcohol retailers to have a physical presence

The Supreme Court has already passed on taking reviews of similar alcohol cases where the states won in the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 8th Circuits. If it grants the cert petitions for these cases, oral arguments would likely be later in 2026.
