Nicholas Fink will succeed Bill Newlands as President and Chief Executive Officer effective April 13, 2026. Newlands will serve as strategic advisor to help ensure a smooth leadership transition. In addition to serving on Constellation’s Board of Directors since 2021, Fink has served as Chief Executive Officer at Fortune Brands Innovations, a global home, security, and digital products company since January 2020.
