ARCO recently broke ground on a 253,200 SF beverage distributorship for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage. Located in Weslaco, Texas, the project features insulated concrete tilt-up exterior and a conventional steel structure with over 220,000 SF of temperature-controlled warehouse space and 36’ clear height.
