Anheuser-Busch will acquire an 85% stake in BeatBox for about $490 million, with plans to reach full ownership within five years. The company also announced that it is closing breweries in Newark, NJ; Fairfield, CA; and Merrimack, NH, shifting their production to other U.S. facilities.
