Maggie TimoneyPresident and CEO, HEINEKEN USA, Inc.
Maggie Timoney is the President & CEO of HEINEKEN USA based in White Plains, New York. During her 20+ year tenure with the HEINEKEN Group in the US, Netherlands, Canada and Ireland, Maggie has been recognized for being a transformational leader as demonstrated through her results at a P&L level combined with a high impact in both cultural and social change. Prior to joining HEINEKEN, she worked for Gallo and Anheuser-Busch.
Throughout her career, Maggie continues to blaze the trail as a senior female executive in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Today, she is the first woman to serve as chief executive of a major beer company in the US.
Maggie received both her B.A. and M.B.A at Iona College. During her time there, she was a player on the women’s basketball team. She often credits her time spent on the court in helping shape her leadership skills. A native of Ballina, County Mayo, Ireland, Maggie currently resides in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
Tracey JoubertChief Financial Officer, Molson Coors Beverage Company
Molson Coors Beverage Company Chief Financial Officer Tracey Joubert has long led the financial strategy for one of the world’s largest and most dynamic brewers — including during the formation of MillerCoors in 2008. Her long roots in the global beer world stretch back to SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa. Jim KochFounder & Executive Chairman, Boston Beer Company
In 1984 Jim founded the Boston Beer Company using a 150-year-old family recipe and named his beer Samuel Adams Boston Lager. Six weeks later it was voted Best Beer in America at the Great American Beer Festival. By the time Jim took the company public in 1995, Sam Adams was available nationwide. In 2000, he relinquished the President and CEO title, and became Executive Chairman as well as Founder and Brewer.
Whitney StevensonSenior Division Director, Boston Beer Company
Whitney Stevenson has nearly 20 years’ experience in the beverage industry and currently leads a team of over 100 Boston Beer Company employees covering six western states. She has a track record of success launching and selling the Boston Beer Company portfolio of brands (Sam Adams, Truly, Angry Orchard, Twisted Tea, Dogfish Head), as well as extensive experience developing senior relationships with distributor networks and channel partners.
