TX: TABC attempts to simplify process of obtaining liquor license

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) hopes to streamline the process of obtaining a liquor license by issuing both the permit and license through one office - meaning that both would come from the same place, either the county or the TABC, not both.
