TX: Judge: New Braunfels can be sued over can ban

A judge has ruled that tourism businesses and others can sue a Texas city over its ban of beer cans and other disposable containers on the Guadalupe and Comal rivers. The ban took effect this year after the New Braunfels City Council approved it last summer. Supporters said it was needed to protect the rivers from trash.
