ND: Beer distributor tapped for beer sales during popular softball tournament
Thousands of softball players from the U.S. and Canada flooded Bismarck, North Dakota, for the 37th annual Sam McQuade Charity Softball Tournament. Four hundred and sixty teams participated in the tournament, which McQuade Distributing of Bismarck supports. Employees for the distributorship started working earlier in the morning the week prior to the tournament to keep shelves stocked with beer. The weekend of the tournament provides a big weekend for beer sales for McQuade, with thousands of cases of beer being transported around town.
