KY: Task force reviews state's alcohol laws

A special task force met for the first time ever in Frankfort, Kentucky, and it could impact everyone who buys or sells alcohol. The task force has four months to come up with recommendations for Governor Steve Beshear to take to the General Assembly. The public will have some input. The task force is planning to hold forums around the state in October.
