Deadline Approaching! Submit Your Seminar Proposals Today!
NBWA Associate Members can be a part of NBWA’s 73rd Annual Convention, which will be held in Chicago, Illinois, on October 3-6, 2010. You are invited to submit a proposal to be a part of the Convention Education Seminar Program.
NBWA’s Education Seminar Program offers Associate Members the opportunity to have quality face-to-face time with countless members of the beer industry from across the country. More than 1,500 distributors, brewers and associate members are expected to attend the 2010 NBWA Annual Convention. As they gather for one of the beer industry’s premier events, attendees have the opportunity to network, learn and teach. This is an exclusive opportunity and a valuable benefit of associate membership.
Seminars will be held during the following times:
• Sunday, October 3 afternoon
• Monday, October 4 morning
• Tuesday, October 5 morning and afternoon.
Seminars are 90 minutes in length and the format is flexible. Panel discussions, workshops, case studies, idea swaps and other formats are all acceptable. The structure of each seminar should adequately fit the content of the program.
Any associate member in good financial standing with NBWA is eligible to submit up to five presentation proposals. A core group of the NBWA Convention and Membership Services Committee will review all proposals and select the presenters for this year’s Convention. All organizations that submitted a presentation will be notified of the group’s decisions by May 15, 2010. The deadline for submissions is March 26, 2010, at 5:30 P.M. Eastern.
